Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Cocoa and chocolate chips bring lots of chocolate to this creamy, delicious cheesecake.

This is the best chocolate cheesecake recipe ever. It was creamy and everyone loved it. No changes for high altitude needed.

  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg


  • 1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • 2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; sprinkle evenly into bottom of pan.
  • 3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl. Mix in cocoa and flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • 4. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired.


Made this as written. Very delicious! This is the first time I made cheesecake from scratch. Very creamy and chocolate flavor was perfect. I was a little generous with the chocolate ingredients (slightly heaping cocoa and Ghirardelli chocolate chips) because I wanted a very chocolate flavor and one review said it did not have a double chocolate flavor. I loved it, my daughter thought it was to strong chocolate flavor for her. Added it to my favorites and will make again for sure. Thanks for the recipe!

This is a divine recipe! My older brother asked for a second piece, and he's a hard one to please! To garnish, I learned how to temper dark chocolate and over-decorated the cake with fun swirls and designs after it chilled for a night. It was tremendous fun to make and tasted amazing!

It ended up with good flavor and was very easy to make. My batter was very lumpy because I didn't soften my cream cheese so I used an immersion blender to smooth it out.

OMG Awesome! I made this with non fat cream cheese and non fat condensed milk. Baked in a chocolate cookie 12 crust. So rich and creamy smooth. This is a keeper and will make again!
