  1. 250g strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
  2. 150g blueberries
  3. 120g raspberries
  4. 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh orange juice
  5. 2 tbsp honey
  6. 500g container natural yoghurt
  7. 3/4 cup (100g) toasted muesli

The instruction how to make Yoghurt, berry & granola compote

  1. Put the berries, orange juice and honey into a saucepan and gently cook 1-2 minutes until the berries just start to soften. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  2. Divide one-third of the berry mixture between 4 glasses and top with half of the yoghurt and muesli, repeat the layers and chill until ready to serve.
